Kassie and Jake are getting married this September and I couldn’t be more excited about their big day. These two really wanted to get engagement photos done and so we decided to celebrate their love on a *warm* ish day in February (We weren’t freezing our butts off, so I would call it a balmy day!) All of us got up really early and decided to meet at sunrise at Jake’s family’s camp on Sebago Lake in Maine. Can you say gorgeous winter light?! What makes Jake’s camp even more special is that they will be saying I do on this very spot in just a few short months! Their vision for their big day has me SO excited (I’m literally counting down the days!!) Stay tuned for an adorable couple, al fresco dining, and puppy wedding party members – so in love!! Speaking of pups, Reno and Piper joined Kassie and Jake for their engagement photos and were nothing short of entertaining. They are such proud fur baby parents and wanted to make sure they were included in their session (um, yes please!!)

 

Kassie and Jake really wanted to climb out on the (icy) rocks for some photos at the end of their session. I am SO thrilled they did because just LOOK at these beauties. Reno and Piper, not wanting to be out-adventured, decided to race down to the chilly waters to play. Piper wasted no time in launching herself into the water to take a quick morning dip. Luckily, we were about to take their last few photographs for the day so these two babies could go warm up inside. Kassie and Jake, I can’t wait to celebrate you in just a few months time!!
