On a surprisingly chilly Saturday evening, I met up with Kelsey and Caleb at Pine Point Beach in Scarborough. When Kelsey first contacted me, she asked if they could have their engagement session at the place they got engaged. Of course! I love being able to photograph my clients at meaningful locations! They brought along their adorable (and so well-behaved) pup, Raleigh. Raleigh would do anything they asked of him (as long as little snacks were involved). Raleigh was seriously the cutest – and so were Kelsey and Caleb!

Caleb let us know that they got engaged on the beach during cold weather. Before he proposed, he said that Kelsey kept trying to hustle down the beach and keep moving in order to stay warm. He really had to make her stop in order to ask a very important question. When talking on the phone, Kelsey told me that whenever Caleb has to get his photo taken, he immediately channels his inner-Chandler. For those that don’t know, Chandler has some pretty epic engagement pictures with Monica on the television show, Friends. I have to say, though, Caleb was a total natural.

I’m so so excited to be photographing these two lovebirds – and Raleigh – towards the end of this year at their wedding! I have a feeling it’s going to be an amazingly good time 🙂
